Well done thou good and faithful servant

Earl "G" Rose II
June 3, 1948- Sept. 5, 2011

At 1:04 PM, our dear father, husband, brother and friend took his last breath.
He was surrounded by his children, his siblings, his grandchildren, friends and his sweet bride Jesusa.
We are making the plans for his memorial service and will post them to this site.
We are so grateful to all of you for your compassionate words.

We love you dad. It felt like heaven being together with you. We know that now the Spirit world is in celebration.

May God be with us all until we meet again.

  5. I was reading the blog this morning and crying. You all have such a way with words! Then one of the neighbors just told me of your Dad's passing. I'm so sorry. I know the days ahead will be filled with mixed emotions. I can't help but think of the beautiful imagery from the airport story. Just think of the joyous reunion that awaits in the next life. What an example you have all been to all of us as we watched you care for your sweet father. Thanks for the lesson in selfless living and service!!

  14. I look at the above picture and I see everyone of Uncle Earl's boys in him. To Aunt Susan and everyone, I send hugs and kisses and more hugs. Just as Andrew said about Uncle Tim, I know that my dad also looked up to Uncle Earl in every way. He put up an enviable fight and I'm proud to call him, my uncle! We will miss him! We love you!

  15. Dear Rose Family,

I was very sorry to hear of Earl's passing. I had the privilege to get to know the family when my brother Johnny and Karen dated years ago. I always remembered what a strong and loving family you have, and I've always admired that. Your strength and love will get you through this and carry you through until you meet again.

    Love,
    Jen Gallegos

  16. Dear Rose Family,

I want you to know that 'Mr. Rose' used to scare the heck out of me when you first moved in. But over time, especially as I matured, I learned what a good man he was.

I'm glad he's no longer suffering, but saddened at your loss. You're a great family. God Bless!
